Meet our Founder & CEO
Dr. Salman Jaffer is a senior executive and trusted advisor to private foundations and public sector institutions, specializing in strategy, execution, data and insights, organizational development, and change management. With more than 20 years of experience, he has advised senior leadership teams across Sub‑Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia and managed complex portfolios totaling over $1 billion in investments.
Salman has led high‑impact engagements for organizations including the Gates Foundation, the Aga Khan Development Network, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Department of State, helping leaders translate strategy into action through rigorous insight, compelling impact narratives, and human‑centered performance optimization.
He holds a M.A. in Organizational Management and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Salman also has certifications in Design Thinking & Innovation and Strategic Execution from Harvard Business School. Globally recognized as a thought leader, he is committed to strengthening organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, and sustained impact across private and philanthropic sectors.
Salman has lived across Africa and Asia and currently resides near Washington, D.C. with his family.
